Quay Quarter Tower

Touchstone Partners is the Independent Certifier for The Quay Quarter Tower at Development 50 Bridge Street, Sydney. Touchstone Partners acts in matters between AMP Capital Investors (Developer), AMP Services (Anchor Tenant) and Multiplex (D & C Contractor). The Independent Certifier provides services to the Developer and Tenant for the Agreement for Lease and to the Developer and D&C Contractor for the building contract.

QQT is a landmark development in one of Sydney’s iconic locations. The project is a highly complex redevelopment of an existing high-rise tower into a 49-level premium grade office tower with an integrated fitout for the Anchor Tenant. The unique design by architect 3XN “creates a vertical village that catalyses life and community feeling”

The design incorporates 2/3 of the existing 50 Bridge Street building which dates to 1976, and adds four new elevator shafts to the core. Given the solar envelope and other restraints, the design adds approx. 45,000 m2 of new construction primarily on the North side of the building with dynamic cantilevers.
