James Mah-Chut – Director

James has +35 years experience as an architect, project manager, development manager, transactions manager and financiers representative. James's career includes a broad range of executive roles in public and private institutions, including Stockland, Babcock & Brown, Toga and DEXUS. James has created and managed the financial structure of many successful developments and prioritises collaborative relationships with the many stakeholders involved in major projects.

Stephen Sanlorenzo – Director

Stephen has +35 years experience as a project manager and development manager. Stephen built his career in all project sectors and completed many complex projects. In recent years he has acted as Project Director for 1 Bligh Street Sydney and as a Development Director for a number of high density residential and mixed use developments in Sydney, delivering over 2,500 apartments since 2014.

Louise Norton - Associate

Louise has +20 years experience in the construction industry, Louise has a demonstrated history in client-side project management and project planning roles. With a background in Architecture and a Master of Construction Project Management, Louise is highly skilled in project definition and design management. Louise has extensive experience in procurement and delivery, in recent times completing projects in the residential and commercial office sectors. She is presently managing a significant higher education project.

Tracy Hoven - Associate

Tracy has been involved with project management and development management projects for +20 years. Tracy has a background in Architecture and has a strong interest in planning and design. Tracy has recently been responsible for obtaining development approvals on a number of high profile mixed use developments in the Sydney CBD. Tracy also has considerable experience in social and affordable housing, an area that she will continue to champion in the immediate future.
