The four Directors - Bob Richardson, Clive Chandler, James Mah-Chut and Stephen Sanlorenzo, have collectively over 120 years of experience in the property sector. They have experience in all asset classes, with a broad range of roles, including owners and investors, developers, contractors, consultants, development and project managers, project directors and independent certifiers.
Stephen has +25 years experience as a project manager and development manager. Stephen built his career in all project sectors and completed many complex projects. In recent years he has acted as Project Director for 1 Bligh Street Sydney and as a Development Director for a number of high density residential and mixed use developments in Sydney, delivering over 2,500 apartments since 2014.
