Projects Transformation Program

Touchstone Partners has been working with NSW Land & Housing Corporation (LaHC) over the last few years to review their current design and contractor procurement process, and to develop and test new procedures, designs and contractors to increase efficiency and annual output.

This has resulted in an early contractor involvement D&C process for major projects which allows a single external team to run the project from DA to construction.

Touchstone Partners have also been a member of the LaHC tender assessment panel, completing more than 10 projects and providing ongoing feedback for improvements to the process.
