Rozelle Village

The Rozelle Village project is located on the site of the old Balmain Leagues Club.  This site has been the subject of numerous DAs and court cases.  Touchstone Partners has been retained by the current owner / developer - Heworth to manage the development from a new S4.55 through to procurement and delivery. 

The approved consent is for 147 apartments, a new club, a supermarket and 11 specialty retailers around a public plaza.  Touchstone Partners managed the Display Suite project to completion in 2023 and the demolition package for the old club will commence in late 2023.  Project is expected to be ready for occupancy in late 2026.
