338 Pitt Street

The 338 Pitt Street project comprises an 80,000 m2 mixed use development, located on the half block that is bounded by Castlereagh, Liverpool and Pitt Streets.

Diagonally opposite World Square (a similar size development), this landmark development features twin towers to 257 m height, which will make it one of the tallest structures on the Sydney skyline.

Touchstone Partners has been working with Hans Sydney since 2016 to procure a Stage 1 DA, Design Completion result and a Stage 2 DA.

The development comprises 590 apartments; a 5-star international hotel with 150 hotel keys and a ballroom; 5,000 m2 of premium retail and a central civic square.
