One Denison

 One Denison is the flagship commercial development of the Winten Property Group.

The striking 37 storey tower by Bates Smart architects features a raking North facing façade with curved corners and a curved crown. The design incorporates a through site link that will provide a pedestrian pathway from the Victoria Cross Railway Station to Walker Street.

The building provides 60,000 m2 of premium commercial office and 1,500 m2 of retail floorspace. The office floors range in size from 2,000 to 1,450 m2.

Nine Entertainment Co was the anchor tenant for the building. Microsoft and SAP were also tenants who pre-committed to the building.

The development has revitalised North Sydney, returning large floorspace and technology tenants to the Northern CBD.
